These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SEOsite.app and its editor, marketplace, hosting, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. The SVS Editor
The Skinnable Visual System ("SVS") editor lets you assemble websites from modules and swappable skins. You retain full ownership of the content you create. You grant SEOsite.app a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, cache, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Services.
3. Subscription Cycles
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled before renewal. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Virtual Wallet and Coins
Coins are a prepaid virtual credit used to unlock modules, skins, and component upgrades on the marketplace. Coins:
- have no cash value and are not legal tender;
- cannot be transferred between accounts;
- are debited from your wallet the moment an unlock is confirmed and recorded on an append-only ledger;
- are non-refundable once spent on a completed unlock, except where required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
Explicit condition: All virtual coin balance top-ups and internal micro-transaction asset unlocks (skins/modules) are instantly provisioned digital goods. Coins are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged back for real-world fiat currency (€). They hold value solely within the SEOsite.app ecosystem.
5. Marketplace Purchases
Digital items purchased with coins are delivered instantly to your tenant. By confirming a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this waives any statutory right of withdrawal for that specific item under EU consumer law.
6. Self-Hosted Exports
Certain plans allow you to export a self-hosted instance of your published site. Exported code is licensed to you for use on infrastructure you control. SEOsite.app does not provide support, hosting, uptime guarantees, or security updates for self-hosted exports. You are solely responsible for their operation, security, and legal compliance once exported.
7. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- No attempts to bypass authentication, rate limits, or the wallet ledger.
- No reverse engineering of the Services other than as permitted by mandatory law.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms or that pose a security risk. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOsite.app's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 100.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which SEOsite.app is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
