We want SEOsite.app to feel fair and predictable. This policy explains when refunds are available, how they are processed, and what is considered a completed digital delivery.
1. Hosting Subscriptions
Monthly and annual hosting subscriptions are billed in advance for the full cycle. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not automatically trigger a refund of the current cycle. If you cancel within 14 days of a first-time purchase and have not published a live site during that period, we will refund the current cycle in full on request.
2. Coin Top-Ups
Coin balance top-ups are a prepaid credit. Unspent coins may be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the topped-up coins have been spent. Once any portion of a top-up has been used to complete an unlock, that top-up is treated as delivered and is no longer eligible for a monetary refund; the remaining balance stays in your wallet indefinitely.
Explicit condition: All virtual coin balance top-ups and internal micro-transaction asset unlocks (skins/modules) are instantly provisioned digital goods. Coins are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged back for real-world fiat currency (€). They hold value solely within the SEOsite.app ecosystem.
3. Unlocked Skins, Modules and Component Upgrades
Marketplace unlocks (skins, modules, component upgrades) are digital goods that are delivered to your tenant immediately upon confirmation. By confirming an unlock, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this waives any statutory right of withdrawal for that specific unlock under EU consumer law.
We may still, at our discretion, issue a coin-only refund(returning the exact amount of coins spent, back to your wallet) if:
- the unlock could not be applied due to a verified technical fault on our side; or
- the item was misrepresented on its marketplace listing.
4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you are charged twice for the same subscription or top-up, or believe a charge is in error, contact us within 60 days. We will reconcile against our append-only coin ledger and, if confirmed, issue a monetary refund to the original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most disputes can be resolved directly and faster. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending investigation.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@seosite.app from the address on your account, including the invoice number or transaction ID. Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 business days. Approved monetary refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Statutory Rights
This policy does not override any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
